The following journey maps come from a larger set of research-based scenarios and use case diagrams I created. These artifacts became an organic and reusable roadmap and a critical tool for shared understanding among our design team, development, stakeholders, and project management.



I used activity theory and scenario development methods to examine the paths of six archetypes involved in various activities related to finding and encountering representations of themselves and others using enterprise social tools.



For each persona, tasks/activities, associated problems, the user goal and the persona motives were used to extrapolate use cases to take action on.
